For Grades I – V during the Reading Week celebration, School library , class libraries and clubs were inaugurated by Chief guest of the day , Mr Rajesh Variar. Activities in all languages were conducted from 19th June to 23rd June.
In the Pre- Primary section a corner was set to encourage and enlighten the students about reading. Children were introduced about Late. P.N. Panicker, the Father of the Library Movement in Kerala. In the following days kids were asked to contribute story books to their respective class libraries. The mentors of each class read and narrated stories to the children during their circle time.
A book fair was organized by DC books on 21st and 22nd of June. The book fair was inaugurated by Mr I.V Janardhanan, Senior Principal RIMS International School. It included a diverse selection of books to motivate the readers.
