Any physical documents or materials issued by the school, if applicable, must be collected directly from the school office during working hours. Users may contact the school administration to confirm the availability of the required documents or materials before visiting the campus for collection.
Processing Time
Requests for issuance of documents or materials submitted through the website or through official communication channels will generally be processed within 3–7 working days, subject to verification and administrative procedures.

Responsibility of the Requester
It is the responsibility of the requester to collect the documents or materials from the school office within the time communicated by the school administration.
